An amendment to the fees for Court of Protection applications has been made.
The appeal fee has been decreased to £320, the application fee is £385.

Having given careful consideration and after listening to advice from HM Government we have taken the decision to postpone our regional development days for 2020.
We understand the necessity for everyone to take the correct precautions and social distance in order to halt the spreading of the virus.
In the meantime, we are planning some bite-sized video conferences that will be available online for you to watch to replace the physical conference that can’t go ahead.
